Do you require a deposit to start agency work?
Yes, we typically require a 30-60% deposit to mobilize our team. The balance is due upon completion or milestones.
If I sell on a Codmify marketplace, when do I get paid?
Payout terms vary by platform. Typically, funds are held for a clearing period (e.g., 3-7 days) to ensure customer satisfaction before being released to your wallet/bank.
Who owns the code for Client projects?
Once the final invoice is paid, the Client owns 100% of the intellectual property for their custom project. (Note: This does not apply to Codmify's own proprietary platforms).
Do you offer post-launch support?
Yes, we offer maintenance packages to ensure your website or software remains secure and updated.
